Is it just me, or did Spring wiz by? Time goes by a little too fast for my liking, and that’s something I’ve been realizing a lot more lately. I have always been the type of girl that wants to get through whatever project/phase/stage in life I’m in, just so I can get to the next one.
Of all the beautiful National Parks that I’ve been to so far, for some reason Zion National Park keeps calling me back. Maybe it’s the deep red color of the canyon walls, or the versatility of hikes and activities available, or the peaceful and inviting lawn of the Zion Lodge. Whatever it is, it’s got a piece of my heart.
Sooo, I wouldn’t consider myself a good cook. By any means. That being said, someway, somehow, I knocked these taquitos out of the park. The best part of it is, I was just kind of making it up as I went.
Lorianne and I recently returned from our 10 day road trip through the Southwest, and goodness it was a trip to remember! It was so fun traveling around with Lori; hiking, camping, and making spontaneous stops along the way.
